ADVICE

Ebay is a very safe place to buy items, people are rarely ripped off or had their money spent on items that didn't exist. However, Ebay is huge, and there will always be people who tries to trick you in some ways. All you need to avoid this, is using some common sense before bidding or buying...as well as maybe a couple advice to go with:

1. Check the seller's feedback.

If you want to know what people think of the seller, his or her feedback is essential. The more feedback a seller has, the more trustworthy they can be considered, if their feedback is close to 100% positive. If the seller has any negative feedback, you can check it, and read what it is about. Even if a seller has 99% positive feedback, some issues you might be worried about, can be the cause for the 1% negative feedbacks. Just check around, if you're very concerned.

2. Always read the product description carefully

A product description can contain a lot of necessary information. Region code for a dvd? Size of a costume? Used or new? Do the seller ship to your country? Shipping fees? And so on. If you don't care to read the description, you can only blame yourself if the product had any faults you didn't know, that were originally described there. Take your time, don't hurry...
